  • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

  • All fees are due as outlined in the proposal or invoice.

  • Projects typically require a non-refundable upfront deposit (e.g., 50%) to begin work.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion or delivery of milestones.

  • No refunds will be issued once design or marketing work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Monthly marketing retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

Late payments may incur a fee or result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final website design, digital marketing materials, and content created specifically for them.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Any third-party content, stock images, or software used may be subject to their own licensing agreements.

5. Timelines and Revisions

  • Project timelines depend on the scope of work and client responsiveness.

  • We strive to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

  • A set number of revisions are included in each project; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from website downtime, loss of data, or third-party service failures.

  • Business losses or lost opportunities caused by delays or service disruptions.

  • SEO or marketing performance outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind unless otherwise specified.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

  • Non-payment

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Violation of these terms

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client data, strategies, and materials confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without permission, except as required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, hosting services) to deliver services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues related to these platforms.
